A unique buckwheat miso from Värmland. The flavour is moderately rich and surprisingly delicious, offering a rich umami taste.

Buckwheat miso is a type of miso that we use directly in vegetables (mixed with a little water or butter), in sauces (e.g., vegetarian brown sauce), to flavor vegetarian dishes, to marinate tempeh, to pickle vegetables, to marinate fish or meat, and, of course, in miso soup (we use this instead of bouillon cubes in regular soups). Rich in protein and packed with vitamins and minerals.

It is unpasteurized and gluten-free.
